Policies

Class booking policy
- • Classes at Alira will open with a minimum of 2 registered students. Please book your class early so the studio can organize and support opening the class ✨
- • Students please register for class at least 3 hours before start time. To prevent situations where a class is cancelled but a late booking occurs, the studio will not support reopening the class.
- • If the class does not meet the minimum number of students, Alira may adjust, reschedule, or cancel the class and will notify everyone as soon as possible.
- • Cases of cancellation or rescheduling after the specified time will be counted as a completed session.
- • Everyone try to arrive early around 5-10 minutes to have time to prepare and warm up before entering the class.
- • Alira always desires to create a comfortable, flexible and pleasant training space for both students and teachers. Thank you all for supporting the studio during the class operations.
Cancel Class policy
For the studio to flexibly arrange schedules and maintain the best class quality, please report absences or reschedule at least 6 hours in advance.
If a student does not attend class without prior notice, the session will be counted as a completed session.
For students registered for the flexible package, in case of unexpected events after registering for a class, the studio supports:
- • Exchange up to 1 session for the 4-session course.
- • Exchange up to 2 sessions for the 8-session course.

- • Students get totally free parking for all classes (including trial classes).
Free parking period applies when students attend classes, or self-practice at the studio. Not applicable for room rentals (parking fee when renting a room is 6,000VND/vehicle (District 3 branch) and 5,000VND/vehicle (District 1 branch)). - • Parking cards will be kept at the studio for everyone's convenience. If out of cards, contact Admin/Manager for support.
- • Parking fee if forgetting to take a card is 6k (for D3 branch) and 5k (for D1 branch)
- • In case a student exhibits inappropriate behavior towards the security guards, the studio will no longer support parking for that student.
PACKAGE DURATION & PRESERVATION
To ensure students maintain regular practice and develop best during their learning and physical training, Alira applies the following usage durations for each package:
In case a student needs a temporary break, please notify the studio manager about the break period and expected return date for preservation support.
After the announced preservation period, if over 2 weeks and the student hasn't registered to return, the studio will resume the course duration:
- 4-Session Course: add 1 week
- 8-Session Course: add 2 weeks
- Students please report absences directly to the studio manager.
- The studio will not be responsible for absences reported via teachers.
- Teachers do not support make-up classes or private make-ups for personal absences.
- Make-up classes only apply within the current course duration.
- Students missing an arranged make-up session will count as a lost session.
- Absences announced by the studio will be supported with make-up sessions arranged by the studio and teacher.
- The studio does not extend course durations for personal reasons.
- The studio does not support transferring courses after registration.
- The studio does not refund or return course deposits in any form.
